    The hotel was pretty standard and lively with caring staff members and an Irish bar. The breakfast was sensational as for vegetarians, the best we had in Guangzhou. It had magnificent and absolutely perfect location, so close to Bank Of China for Forex, good coffee shops and restaurant and Next to a Turkish restaurant. The service was all in all very good...

    The VIP room was fine, with a killer city view from the 25th floor. The location was perfect, surrounded by shopping malls and great restaurants like Bombay Grill and Mado. Don't miss the rooftop pool. It's amazing!

    I liked the 4PM late check out that they gave me after a long battle.

    At breakfast I did not have enough time to finish so I grabed an apple and left the Restaurant.I was shoked when the manager grabed the apple from my hand and said that you can not take out nothing from the buffet Breakfast.

    The hotel was fantastic for our family, especially with its spacious Beautiful Twin Room. We all enjoyed the amazing breakfast that had a wide range of international options. The staff was attentive.

    In my kids' opinion, a better snack area by the pool would be great.

    10 year ago, My family live this hotel one week, we have a good time in here, this time we came guangzhou, I still want to the live here, but so dispoint it, never going to use this hotel any more.

    1: USA dollar change to chinese dollar, three time the hotel don't give to me the money I should get, They always keep the last the banlance, Like $100 USA dollar I should get624.92 chinese yuan, they keep 0.92 same thing happen three time, I question the hotel, they said we don't have change, and no one care about 0.92 yuan, this is not right, Service no good, if they know they are wrong, they ignore you, talk to other person, leave you there waiting for nothing.
